Zeno China Consulting is a joint venture between leading China-based communications executive Qu Hong and Zeno Group. It is a first-of-its-kind communications consultancy built in China and for China with an emphasis on C-suite strategic communications for Chinese-based companies as well as multinationals operating in China.

Leadership Team
Qu Hong
Qu Hong is founder and CEO of Zeno China Consulting. With extensive experience in strategic communications and public affairs, he has helped a wide range of Chinese and global giants across technology, industrial, consumer, energy and financial services sectors implement effective marketing communications strategies in China and beyond.
Most recently Qu Hong served as CEO of BCW China, following senior positions with Weber Shandwick China and Edelman China. Prior to this he has helped to establish the Government Relations & Public Policy Consulting Practice at Burson-Marsteller. Qu Hong began his career at China’s Ministry of Commerce. He holds a degree in Spanish Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Ruby Fu
Ruby Fu is the President of Zeno China and senior advisor to Zeno China Consulting. She has more than 30 years of experience in Greater China and has been instrumental in developing new market entries for global clients, as well as counseling multi-national companies in their strategic communications. Having held a number of leadership roles in the region, she manages cross-border issues covering multiple sectors, directing business development and strategic planning that balances the intricacies between local implementation and global applications.
